摘要
为提高凸轮轴表面硬度和耐磨性,对凸轮轴激光淬火过程进行分析,采用匀速转动的运动方式及预热和氩气保护措施,得到了稳定可靠的479Q型凸轮轴激光淬火工艺.使处理后的凸轮轴热变形小,淬火层均匀、无裂纹,硬度达HV600~700,宽度达6mm,深度达1mm,组织为极细的枝状马氏体.
A method of hardening cam shaft with laser which can improve the hardening and wear resistance of cam shaft substrate is developed based on analyzing the hardening process of the cam shaft. As a result, the cam shaft has little distortion and no cracks. The hardening layer with HV600—700 and 6 mm in width, 1mm in depth, has very fine martensite structure.
