摘要 研究了粉末压坯紧实率、功率密度等参数对激光控制反应合成Ni3Al金属间化合物熔敷层的宏观、微观形貌的影响,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了合成产物的微观组织和成分.结果表明,在压坯紧实率60%、激光功率1000~1200W、扫描速度1mm/s的工艺条件下,能够得到连续、致密具有较高纯度的Ni3Al金属间化合物熔敷层. Effects of compact density and laser power density on the macrostructure and microstructure of the Ni3Al intermetallics were investigated by the laser controlled reactive synthesis and cladding process. Microstructure and contents were researched by SEM and XRD. It is shown that in appreciated range of compact density about 60% and laser power 1 000—1 200 W and 1 mm/s scanning velocity, a continuous, fully dense and uniform Ni3Al intermetallics coating can be obtained.
