摘要
为实时检测与控制激光再制造熔池温度场,提出了一套新型CCD红外图像比色测温与反馈系统模型.此系统模型采用单镜头采集两种波长的激光熔池温度场红外图像,CCD摄像机接收热辐射信号,将得到的信息传输到计算机进行处理,得到激光熔池温度场分布数据,根据这些数据可以进行激光加工控制.
In order to measure and control the temperature field of molten pool in laser remanufacturing, a new system model for two color calibration infrared measuring temperature with CCD as sensor and feedback is proposed. Two color infrared image of molten pool is collected with a single camera. Radiative signals of temperature field are received by CCD and then they are transmitted to a computer.Laser remanufacturing process is controlled by analyzing images of temperature field.
