摘要
针对改善激光硬化层均匀性问题,提出了采用曲边矩形光斑进行激光淬火的方法,并对该光斑扫描作用下工件内的温度场及硬化层进行理论模拟.结果表明,与常用的矩形光斑相比较,曲边矩形光斑加强了光斑边缘的能量注入,所得到的相变硬化层分布均匀性更好.
According to the uniformity of the hardened case, the technique of using curved rectangular beam in laser hardening is put forward. In terms of the theoretical simulation, it is proved that, because of the enhancement of input laser energy in two sides of the curved rectangular beam, the hardened case caused by the beam is more uniform than that caused by rectangular beam.
