摘要
针对激光熔敷快速制造(LCRM)技术,开发专用CAD/CAM软件.该软件是对AutoCAD的二次开发,主要由实体造型模块、分层及界面数据处理模块、NC代码生成模块、加工轨迹模拟模块以及数据传输模块组成.文中介绍软件的开发基础、开发工具的选择以及功能模块的设计思路.
A special CAD/CAM software used in laser cladding rapid manufacture (LCRM) is researched through developing AutoCAD application. It is mainly consists of generating solid module, cutting and acquiring interface data module, generating NC code module, simulating processing track, and transmitting data module.The development basis, the choice of tools, and the design idea of module are proposed.
