摘要
以茶叶为原料,通过单因素和正交试验探讨微波萃取茶叶有效成分的工艺条件。结果表明:最优工艺组合为料液比1∶20、微波萃取时间3min、微波萃取次数2次。微波萃取茶叶有效成分具有萃取时间短,溶剂用量少,产品提取率高的优点,为一种值得大力推广的有效方法。
The condition of microwave extraction tea active composition was studied through single factor design and orthogonal design. The results showed that microwave extraction is a rapid method with less soluent consumption and higher yield. Ratio of solid-liquid 1 : 20. time 3 min being extracted 2 times gave the best results
