摘要
互联网的发展带来了一系列的安全问题,其中电子邮件系统被滥用作一种传媒及垃圾电子邮件的问题尤为严重,且没有得到应有的注意。该文主要阐述了电子邮件内容安全问题的概念和监管的目标。在国家S219项目实践基础上提出了监管系统的基本框架,并对其中的主要部分进行了详细分析。
The development of Internet bring us a series of security problems, among which the misuse of e-mail system is very severe. It isn't widely noticed that some people and organizations spread illegitimate information and bulk e-mails. This paper mainly states the concept and the aim of e-mail content security administration system, and describes the framework of the administration system on the basis of the implementation of national S219 project. It also analyzes the main parts of the system.
