摘要
通过测试采用不同参数热处理后材料的力学性能,以及组织结构分析,基本查明了影响国产P91钢性能的关键.研究结果表明:回火温度和时间的选择,直接影响最终组织和碳化物的形态与分布,从而导致了力学性能的差异;同时,测试数据与进口材料数据的对比表明,通过工艺优化,国产P91钢的性能已明显改善.
Through structural analyzing and testing mechanical properties of samples after heat treatment with various technological parameters, the key parameters effected on P91-TPRI performance are found out. The research results show that, tempering temperature and tempering time affect ultimately structure and distributing of carbide, thereby result in difference on mechanical properties. Comparing tested data with data of import material showed that, through optimization of heat-treatment technology, the performance of P91-TPRI has evident improvement.
