摘要
本文提出了一种计算转子—轴承系统临界转速的新方法,用本方法计算转子—轴承系统的临界转速,不用对转子进行简化,并且考虑了油膜的刚度、油膜的阻尼、滑动轴承座的质量、基础的刚度、基础的阻尼。建立了滑动轴承—基础系统的机械网络,导出了滑动支承的总刚度系数K的表达式。该方法在分析多轴系统时,只把联轴节作为一个边界条件,不象传递矩阵和有限元等方法那样,必须重新建立方程,因而使分析过程大大简化。
This paper presents a new method of calculation of the critical speed of the Rotor--Bearing systems. By using this approach, the critical speed of the Rotor--Bearing systems can be directly calculated without simplifying the rotor; and stiffness of the oil film, damper of the oil film, the Bearing stand mass, stiffness of the foundation, damper of the foundation are also taken into account, A machanic systen net--work of the Beoring is found- ed and the formula of the stiffness of the Beering system is derived from it, When multi--ro- tor system is analysed, the couple is only one boundary condition. It is not necessary to re-- found an equation as demended in the Transfer Matrix method or the Finite Elemet method, Thus the analystic process is greatly simplified.
