In this thesis,the author thought that to pay attention to the training of aptitude should be an indispensable link among the knowledge,aptitude and diathesis during the course of training the university students to be high-diathesis talents,and the author also analyzed the gradational structure of university students' aptitude in simple language,and discussed the methods and ways to train the gradational aptitudes of university students.
