摘要
将母本花粉与具有标记性状的父本花粉混合授粉,根据同一母本果穗上的杂种粒与纯种粒(母本粒)百粒重的差异可以比较 F_1种胚期杂种优势的高低。据研究,杂种(F_1)种胚期在粒重上的优势与其成株期产量优势呈正相关。因此,可根据 F_1种胚期反映在百粒重上的杂种优势预测其成株期的杂种优势。
The heterosis of F_1 displays at the embryo stage of maize.The difference between 100- grain weights of hybridized and purebred seeds from ears on the same plant after pollination with mixture of maternal and labelled paternal pollens could be used to compare the heterotic level of F_1 at embryo stage.The results show that the superiority in grain weight at embryo stage is directly correlated with that in yield at grown-up stage of F_1 plants,thus the former can be used to forecast the heterosis in yield at grown-up stage of F_1 plants.
