摘要
40只28日龄肉用仔鸡随机分为5组,分别在12℃、18℃、23℃、28℃和32℃处理4周。结果表明:环境温度和性别对肉用仔鸡血清尿酸和总蛋白水平有显著影响(P<0.05),23~28℃最低,高于28℃或低于23℃组依次升高,12℃组血清尿酸显著高于23℃和28℃组(P<0.05),12℃组的血清总蛋白极显著地高于其他各温度处理组(P<0.01)。血清总蛋白和尿酸均与氮的总利用率呈显著负相关(r=-0.63和-0.50)。母鸡血清尿酸和总蛋白水平均高于公鸡(P<0.05)。血清白蛋白水平以23℃组最低,极显著地低于32℃组(P<0.01),偏离23℃依次升高。球蛋白随温度的升高而下降(P<0.01)。血糖水平以23℃和28℃最高,分别为223.6和221.7mg/100ml,偏离此温度均显著降低。温度和性别对血清总脂无显著影响,其含量为401~443mg/100ml。
Forty broilers at 28-day age, divided randomly into 5 groups, were reared at the temperatures of 12, 18, 23, 28 and 32℃ for 4 weeks, respectively. The results indicated that the contents of uric acid(UA) and total proteins(TP) in serum of broilers were significantly affected by ambient temperature and sex(P<0.05) with the minimal levels at 23 and 28℃, below or above which the contents of the two components arised in order and got significantly higher at 12℃ that at other increments. UA and TP in hens were higher than those in cocks(P<0.05). The minimum of albumin in serum was at 23℃ which significantly lower than that at 32℃. The globulin content decreased with temperature rising. The contents of blood sugar were 223.6 and 221.7mg/100ml at 23 and 28℃, resp., but decreased obviously at the other temperatures. Temperatures and sex had no effect on blood lipid content with the scope of 401 to 443mg/100ml.
