提高普通小麦与长穗偃麦草杂交结实率方法的研究 被引量:3

A METHOD FOR INCREASING SEED SETTING FREQUENCY OF T. AESTIVUM×E. ELONGATA

摘要 本试验比较了普通小麦与长穗偃麦草的正反杂交结实率,重复授粉、混合花粉授粉、授粉前以2·4-D水溶液注射穗下节间、授粉前和授粉后用赤霉素点滴柱头等方法对提高杂交结实率的效果。结果表明:①长穗偃麦草与普通小麦的杂交结实率一般较低,烟农15小麦品种与长穗偃麦草具有较高的杂交亲和性;②重复授粉是提高杂交结实率的简便有效的方法;③混合花粉授粉在不同的杂交组合中对提高杂交结实率的效果不同;④授粉前以2·4-D注射穗下节间或授粉前后以赤霉素点滴柱头能明显地提高杂交结实率,其中2·4-D以100ppm的浓度,赤霉素以80ppm的浓度效果最好。 Seed setting frequencies of reciprocal crossings between T. aestivum and Elytrigia elongata were compared. The effects of repeated pollination with complex pollens, injecting 2,4-D solution into internodes under spikes before pollination and smearing GA_3on stigma before and after pollination on increase of seed setting frequencies of T. aestivum×E. elongata were studied. The results were as follows: (1) Lower seed setting frequency of T. aestivum×E. elongata and relatively higher one of Yannong 15 (T. aestivum)×E. elongata were observed; (2) The repeated pollination was a convenient and effective way for increasing seed setting frequency; (3) The effect of pollination with complex pollens was different in various cross combinations; (4) Injecting 2,4-D solution into the internodes under spikes and smearing GA_3on stigma could increase seed setting frequency obviously and the concentration with better effects was 100ppm of 2,4-D and 80ppm of GA_3.
