摘要
本文研究了青山羊母羔从初生到180日龄期间生殖器官的发育规律。结果表明,卵巢生长发育的高峰在初生至20日龄期间。卵巢重量和体重的增长呈对数曲线关系,y=0.0495+0.079lnx(P<0.01)。子宫角长度和重量以140～160日龄增长最快。卵巢重量、输卵管和子宫角长度在180日龄时分别达到未成年母羊的43.3%、87.34%和67.89%。初生羔羊的卵巢皮质,分为内、外皮质区,在内皮质区分布有有腔生长卵泡。20日龄时卵巢总数中有二分之一出现成熟卵泡,最大直径4.5mm。40日龄卵巢中都出现1～3个成熟卵泡,60日龄卵巢中均出现了白体。在组织结构上,60日龄后的卵巢与成年未孕母羊无明显差异。
The development of reproductive organs in female kids from birth to 180-day old was studied. The ovary development peaked during the first 20 days after birth. The ovary weight in relation to body weight could be expressed by logarithmic curve y=0.0495+0.079 lnx(P<0.01). The length and weight of uterine horns increased most rapidly from 140th to 160th day. The ovary weight, oviduct length and the length of uterine horns at 180th day were 43.3%, 87.34%, 67.81% that of non-pregnant adults, respectively. The ovary cortex of a newborn kid consists of an inner part and an outer one, and growing vesicular follicles present in the inner cortex. At the 20th day, a half of the total ovaries tested had mature follicles with maximum diameter of 4.5 mm. There was 1 to 3 mature follicles in each ovary at 40th day, and white body at 60th day. The histological structure of ovaries after 60 days had no significant difference from that of non-pregnant adult females.
