摘要
以Fe为铜基滑板的强化组元,研究了Fe含量对铜基滑板机械物理性能的影响,实验结果表明在铜基样品中,随着Fe含量的增加,样品的强度升高,电性能下降。以5%～10%的Fe含量作为强化组元较为合适。
Iron is used as a strengthening component for copperbase slide.The affect of iron concentration on mechanical and physical properties of the slide is investigated.The experimental results showed the strength of sample increases along with the increase of iron concentration,but the battery performance is decreased.The strengthening component containing 5%～7% seems reasonable.
