摘要
对BZn15-24-1 5铅锌白铜在水平连铸时铸坯的周期凝固过程进行了分析,并测定了铸坯中元素的纵向分布;分析了铸坯凝壳在结晶器内的受力情况以及铸坯的引锭阻力与节距、结晶器内表面的摩擦系数之间的关系;结合BZn15-24-1 5铅锌白铜本身特点(即Pb相在α相晶界析出,降低了材料的中高温强度),分析了该材料水平连铸时铸坯开裂、断裂的原因,并提出了改进措施。
The periodic solidification process of BZn152415 in horizontal continuous casting is analyzed and the longitudinal distribution of Pb element in ingots is determined;the stress of ingot in crystallizing device and the relationship between ingotpulling distance and resistance is investigated;combined with the characteristics of the alloy,the cause of ingot cracking and breaking during horizontal continuous casting is analyzed and the countermeasures are presented.
