摘要
针对南水北调东线工程中低扬程双向轴流泵站选择比转速接近的 3组水力模型进行了能量和空化特性的对比试验 ,按照综合最佳的原则 ,选用合理的水力模型和相应的水力部件 ;对所选择的模型进行装置参数的水力优化和对比试验 ,结果表明优化后的最优效率提高了 2 .7%,而且高效区范围增大。
Comparison tests about three models on energy and cavitation performances for a dual-directional axial-flow pump station in the project of South-to-North Water Transfer have been conducted, a reasonable and scientific model and relative hydraulic parts were selected in light with comprehensive optimal principles. A series of optimizing designs and tests for the model selected have been made. The results show that the maximum efficiency can be added 2.7% compared with before optimization, and the zones of higher efficiencies have been widened.
