摘要
研究了一种新型的转移涂料——粘土砂自硬转移涂料。在一定模样条件下 ,成功地实现了转移。涂料的粘结剂主要由硅酸乙酯、硅溶胶、水玻璃等组成。探讨了粘结剂各组分的加入量、固化剂 Mg O和碳酸氨的加入量对转移条件的影响。
A new coating that can be transfered from mold to the chamber of sand was investigated.The main constitution of the coating is silica sol sodium silicate ethyl-silicate silica sol,sodium silicate,ethyl-silicate.The addition of different amount of such binder and hardener(MgO) as well as the solution of ammonium carbonate have significant influence on the transfer effect.
