摘要
分析洪河国家级自然保护区水资源短缺原因,指出水资源恢复的原则为确立保水第一、引水第二的水资源恢复战略;准确计算水资源需求量和补水潜力;解决补水中的污染问题.结合水文计算过程与湿地生态规律,提出了水资源恢复的理论与技术路线,设计了水资源恢复方案,并对方案进行了综合分析与论证.
By analysis of the cause of water shortage in the Honghe National Nature Reserve, the principles for water resources restoration are proposed, i.e. to give first place to water resources protection, and second place to water diversion, to calculate accurately the volume of water demand and potential of water recharge to the reserve, and to control pollution in compensation water. In combination with the hydrological calculation process and wetland ecological regularity, the theory and technical line for water resources restoration of the reserve are worked out, and a specific scheme is also designed and validated. The research work is of guidance significance to restoration of other wetland resources.
