摘要 介绍了一种由微处理器PIC14000为控制核心的可充电电池智能测试系统的设计方案、测试装置,用于对镉镍、MH/Ni、锂离子等电池系列检测和试验。测试项目有:电池充电试验、电池容量测量、电池内阻测量、循环充放电寿命试验。便于生产厂家对成品进行快速分选,从而控制从电芯采购到成品出厂及售后服务的全过程;确保产品质量并降低产品成本和服务费用。 A design of intelligent test system for rechargeable battery which was controlled with single chip PIC14000 was introduced.According to this design,the developed set was used to measure and check Cd/Ni,MH/Ni,Liion batteries.Its measuring and checking included battery charge,battery capacity,battery internal resistance,circulating charge and discharge test.It could easily and accurately make quantitative analysis for the properties of batteries.Manufacturers could speedily select the battery.Therefore the control of the whole process from purchase to dispatch of products from the factory and the aftersales service could be made to ensure the quality of product,reduce the cost.
