新型防爆光纤液位检测系统的研制

摘要 设计了一种新型本安防爆光纤传感器,测量易燃易爆液体贮罐液面高度,从而确定不同时刻的液体贮存量,光纤感应采集传输液位高度和变化方向信号,经光电转换、信号放大、CPLD数据处理后,将信号输入到计算机进行计算管理,显示并打印出易燃易爆液体输出或输入和库存量,这种系统特别适用于石油化工等领域的液位检测。 A novel all - optical, self - safety and explosion - proof system for optical fiber liquid level sensor was presented, which realized all - optical measurement of liquid level of flammable liquid vessel receiver, thus the leftovers of liquid at different time are known. Optical fibers gather and transfer signal of liquid level height and its varying direction. After optical- electronic transformation, amplification, and data processing by CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device), the signal is put into a computer to calculate and manage. Then the input, output or leftovers of liquid vessel receiver can be displayed or printed. This system is especially suitable for the liquid level detection in petroleum and chemical industries.
