摘要
以PAN为原料,与羟胺溶液反应,控制反应时间分别为30 min、40 min、50 min、60 min、70 min,制备不同转化率的偕胺肟纤维,不同转化率的偕胺肟纤维与Cu^(2+)反应生成不同含量的偕胺肟-铜配合物。用滴定方法测配合物中的Cu^(2+)含量,通过IR对配合物进行表征,SEM观察配合物纤维的表面形态,测定了不同含量偕胺肟-铜配合物断裂强度。
Chelating fiber containing amidoxime group was prepared by the reaction of PAN with NH2OH at the temperature of 68℃ . Time of the reaction was 30 min, 40 min, 50 min, 60 min, 70 min respectively and different change percentage was prepared. Chelating fiber containing amidoxime group-copper complex was prepared by chelating of different change percentage in Cu2+ solution. Metal content was determined. The complex was characterized by IR ,and their surfacial shape was seen by SEM.The crack strength of the fiber was examined
