摘要
在分析先进制造系统特点的基础上,给出了一种基于MAS理论的车间网络控制系统模型。讨论了模型中不同智能体的功能与作用。由开放式数控系统和Intranet组成的DCN系统具有硬件成本低、软件开发费用少、性能好等优点。
After the analysis of characteristics of the advanced manufacturing system a workshop level control architecture based on multi-agent theory is proposed in the paper. Three kinds of agent, i.e., shop agent, task agent, and facility agent are applied in the control system. Functions and behaviors of these agents are discussed in detail. The new DCN manufacturing system based on CNC and intranet are of low hardware cost, low software development expenses and has good performances.
