摘要
多效唑能有效地控制花生茎干的伸长,使植株矮壮,并能减少地上部茎叶的干重,增大根茎比.经多效唑处理后,花生叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和硝酸还原酶活性均比对照提高.但是多效唑对根瘤菌有毒杀作用,而且影响荚果的膨大,所以如何在花生生产上发挥其作用还有待进一步探索.
Multi-Effect Triazole (MET) could effectively control the elongation of peanut stalks, and made the plant shorter and stronger. Therefore the dry weight of the leaves and stalks was decreased and the ratio of root/ stalk was increased after the peanuts were treated with MET. The contents of chlorophyll and soluble sugar, the activity of nitrate reductase of the leaves in the treated plants were higher than that of the controls.
But MET was injurious to the legume bacteria of the peanut, and inf luenced the inflation of the pods, so that further work should be done be-fore MET can be used in the peanut production.
