摘要
从江西南昌市郊区采集蝇蛹,人工孵化.从孵化出的一日龄苍蝇中,分离到一群新的球菌.通过形态学、生理生化特征、血清学反应、细菌DNA中G+Cmol%测定(L_m)、代谢产物的气相色谱分析、抗菌素敏感性、人胚细胞的侵袭力的测定等,发现与D群链球菌抗血清反应的链球菌有很大差异,因此认为是一个新种.根据Schleifer等的分类及其来源,提名为盛氏肠球菌(Enterococcus shengii,sp.nov.).
A new group coccus was isolated from 1-day-old flies in the suburb's toilet of Nanchang,China. It was greatly different from the streptococci reacting with anti group D sera by their morphology,physiologic and biochemical characteristics,serologic reaction, metabolic products analysed by Gas Chro-matography, G-f-C mol% analysed,antibiotics susceptibility and cell invasion test. According to the classification of Schleifer et al and their origin, it is considered as a new species and designated by the name of Enterococcus shengii, sp.nov.,in honor of the Chinese veterinary microbiologist,committee memler of Biological Science Division of China Academy of Science, the late President of Westernnorth Veterinary College of China, professor and doctor T. S. Sheng.
