摘要
Tributyl citrate was synthesized by citric acid with butyl alcohol using chitosan sulfate as catalyst.The influences of the amount of the catalyst and the reaction time,the reaction temperature,and the molar ratio of citric acid to butyl alcohol were studies and discussed.The experimental result indicated that when the amount of the catalyst was 214% that of citric acid,and the reaction time was 8 h.the molar ratio of citric acid to butyl alcohol was 1∶10,the reaction temperature was 120℃,the yield of product was 9726%and the catalyst could be used for many times.
