在间歇聚合装置上采用合适的工艺,并使用新型助剂体系,分别用不同配比的QTA/PTA为原料生产了聚酯切片,质量均达到使用PTA为原料生产的聚酯切片质量,纺丝及拉膜效果优良,并有效降低了生产成本。
The polyester chip was produced on the batch polymerization plant using the proper technology,new agent system and different charge ratio of QTA/PTA as raw material.The quality of PET chip has no difference with the chip produced by PTA,the spinning and drawing film results are fine,the production cost is reduced effectively.
