摘要
利用纺丝、拉伸加弹两步法,研制出领带和商标用高品质系列涤纶纬纱。实践证明:该系列涤纶纬纱具有较高的伸长率、较低的卷曲收缩率和沸水收缩率,既能适合高速电脑织机的织造速度,又能使织物保持丰满、柔软的手感,还可保证织物在织造过程中表面不会因高温收缩而变型,是领带和商标的最佳原料。
High quality series of polyester weft applied to tie and trademark field were studied by the spinning,drafting texture twostep method.The practice show that the extension rate of this series of polyester weft is higher,the crimp contraction and boiling shrinkage are lower that they can not only fit for the weaving speed of high speed computer weaving machine but also keep the full and soft touch of the fabric.It is ensured that the surface of the fabric during weaving will not vary due to the high temperature shrinkage.STY is the best material for tie and trademark.
