摘要
某压力机导柱在中频淬火后出现裂纹。采用化学成分分析,金相检验及力学性能试验等方法对压力机导柱的裂纹进行了分析。结果表明,导柱材料化学成分超标,同时存在严重的铸造缺陷组织,增加了材料应力集中的程度,降低了材料的力学性能,从而导致导柱零件在淬火时产生开裂。
The crack of the press plunger is analyzed by chemical analysis, microstructure examination and mechanical testing. The results showed that the stress concentration is increased, the mechnical property is lowed, the chemical compositions overran and the serious cast defects is existed in the plunger. All of this factors are the main reasons of quenching crack.
