摘要
企业的赢利机理既反映了企业价值取向,又是企业利用自身的资源、经验模型和思维理念相互融会贯通,组合成企业获得利润的模式的过程.由此首先提出了知识与网络环境下赢利模式新的形成趋势,提出以知识和网络为标志的新经济形态的出现,将引发企业赢利模式的变革.继而论述了新的知识赢利模式的机理,最后通过对传统赢利模式和新的知识模式的比较,作者认为使企业有规律地从智力资产中获取价值的机制将成为企业赢利的另一种主流模式.
The profit making mechanism of a firm reflects its idea of value,and it is the process that a firm combine its resources,past experience and thinking pattern to make profit. This essay advances a new way for firms to be profitable in the background of knowledge and network, and predicts that the emergence of new economy, with knowledge and network as its symbol,will intrigue changes in profit making pattern of firms.With detailed discussion of this new mechanism and a comparison between this and the traditional one,the essay reaches the conclusion that in the future acquiring value from their intellectual assets regularly will be an additional pattern for firms to make profit.
