摘要
随着我国加入WTO ,公司治理结构对我国企业而言变得越来越重要。全面预算管理作为重要的内部控制措施 ,是完善公司治理结构的有效手段。公司治理结构是企业推行全面预算管理的环境。公司治理结构有利于制定、实施有效的预算管理 ,而推行企业全面预算管理有利于公司治理的完善。根据公司治理结构的需要建立企业的全面预算管理必将促进企业的发展。
Today,the corporate government becomes more and more important to our companies.The budget management,as an important means to control the company,will perfect the corporate government.According to corporate government,the establishment of the company's the budget management will promote the development of the company.
