摘要
城市轨道交通工程的设备投资约占总投资的35％,是项目一次性投资的最大组成部分。从轨道交通工程运营角度考虑,设备使用费用占运营费用的大部分。设备的全寿命周期费用由设备投资和设备使用费用组成。要使中国的城市轨道交通工程保持良好的发展态势,既要重视一次性投资控制,更要重视全寿命周期费用的控制。基于全寿命周期费用控制,对城市轨道交通工程各类设备的选择进行了分析。
UMT equipment, the biggest expenditure in one lump, takes 35% of the total project construction investment. The life - cycle cost of equipment is composed of equipment investment and equipment service, which again takes the greater part in the operation cost. In order to maintain a good developing tendency, the author argues that great attention shall be given to both one - off investment and life - cycle cost control, and a comprehensive analysis of various equipment in UMT shall be highlighted.
