N-(4-甲氧基-3-甲酰基苄基)亚氨基二乙酸的合成及表征 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF N-(4-METHOXYL -3-FORMYLBENZYL)IMINODIACETIC ACID

摘要 以 2 -甲氧基苯甲醛为原料 ,与浓盐酸和 4 0 %甲醛溶液进行氯甲基化反应 ,再用新制的无水碳酸钾作质子吸收剂、干燥的乙腈作溶剂 ,和亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯发生N_烷基化反应 .然后用饱和Ba(OH) 2 水溶液进行水解得到N_(4_甲氧基_3_甲酰基苄基 )亚氨基二乙酸的钡盐沉淀 ,最后用稀硫酸处理得到产物 .通过改变各种实验因素 ,找到了合成标题化合物的最佳实验条件 .该方法工艺简单、产率较高 . N_(4_Methoxyl_3_formylbenzyl)iminodiacetic acid was synthesized from 2_methoxylbenzaldehyde in the sequence of a chloromethylation by formaldehyde a nd concentrated HCl, in dry acetonitrile an amination by diethyl iminodiacetate using anhydrous potassium carbonate as a proton absorbent, a hydrolysis by satur ated hydrated baryta solution and a treatment with dilute sulfuric acid. The rea ction conditions involved in the synthetic route were studied and the structure of the title compound was characterized by elemental analysis and 1H NMR s pectra.
