摘要
采用光学传输矩阵的方法对内含多元件热透镜介质的激光腔进行了分析 ,给出了棒间匹配耦合的调整方法。理论分析与实验相符 ,并在三棒串接的CWNd3 + ∶YAG激光器中获得 (0~ 1 )
Based on optical transmission matrix,multi element thermal lens resonator is analyzed. The way to adjust rods' matching and coupling is presnted. Theoretical analysis is accordant with the experiment results. For three rod serial CW Nd 3+ ∶YAG laser,the stable output power between (0~1)kW is acquired.
