摘要
随着科技进步,铁路隧道施工工艺要求越来越高,防止水资源流失及其对隧道运营期造成的危害,显得至关重要。渝怀铁路控制工程之一的歌乐山隧道位于重庆市郊,隧道穿越地区居住有6万余人,是人口密集地带。该地区岩溶发育,设计最大涌水量达53000m3 d。如果不采取可行的堵水治理措施,不仅会造成地下水的流失,而且将使地表生态环境遭到破坏。施工中,通过采用超前预注浆、全断面帷幕注浆及局部补注浆技术,成功堵住单孔涌水量达14000m3 d、压力为2 2MPa的岩溶水,实现"防水堵漏"目标。
With the development of technology,the construction craft of railway tunneling is advanced.Geleshan tunnel is a control engineering in the railway from Chongqing to Huaihua,which lies on the suburbs of Chongqing city.In the region that the tunnel passes through,the population density is large and Karst water is abundant.The largest outflow comes to 53000?m3/d.If we do not take feasible measures,it will lead ground water to run off and ecological environment to be destroyed.Through applying the technology of surperbefore pregrouting,radial grouting and full face grouting,we succeed in packing the Karst water,which outflow of the single hole comes to 14000m3/d and pressure comes to 22MPa.
