Structure Characterization of BiFeO_3-SrBi_2Nb_2O_9 Ceramics by Mechanical Activation

摘要 用高能振动技术制备了单相层状结构的BiFeO3-SrBi2Nb2O9的铁电陶瓷,研究了BiFeO3的掺杂对SrBi2Nb2O9微观结构和介电性能的影响,分析了陶瓷的介电性质. Ferroelectric ceramics of the system of xBiFeO3- (1-x) SrBi2Nb2O9 (SBFN) with x ranging from 0.2 were synthesized by sintering the mechanically activated mixed composition. Sintered SBFN exhibits a single-phase layered perovskite structure without detectable secondary phase. The processing temperature of SrBi2Nb2O9 decreases with increasing content of BiFeO3.
