摘要
研究了氧漂稻草浆的H2 O2 漂白工艺及其补漂效果。结果表明 ,氧漂浆 (白度为 6 7.0 %ISO ,卡伯值为 3.2 5 ,粘度为 84 1ml/g)经H2 O2 补漂之后 ,其白度达到 73.4 %ISO ;粘度为 82 3ml/g ,卡伯值 2 .2 5 ,漂白效果较好。适宜的补漂条件是 :H2 O2 量 3% ,NaOH量 0 .3% ,温度为 70℃ ,时间 80min。
Supplementary bleaching with H 2O 2 of oxygen-alkali bleached straw pulp was carried out. The results show that oxygen-alkali bleached straw pulp(67.0%ISO of brightness, 3.25 of kappa number, 841ml/g of viscosity) could be bleached to 73.4%ISO of brightness?823ml/g of viscosity and 2.25 of kappa number after supplementary bleaching with H 2O 2.The optimal conditions are H 2O 2 3%, NaOH 0.3%, temperature70℃ and time 80min.
