摘要
研究了等距型面的成型方程和运动分配 ,介绍了用于等距型面加工的工具磨床机械改装及PLC软件开发。研究结果表明
The forming equation and motion assign of isometric profile are introduced. Also the mechanical refit of the tool grinder and the development of PLC software used in machining isometric profiles parts are presented. The result of the study has showed that the accuracy of isometric profile parts and the efficiency of machining could be increased with the grinder refitted by PLC.
