摘要
通过金相、硬度、x射线结构分析、扫描电镜波谱、能谱分析、耐磨、耐热疲劳、抗氧化性以及脆性测定等试验方法,探讨SCr2W8V钢固体粉末硫氮碳共渗层的组织、结构及性能。将经硫氮碳共渗的钢制塔形热挤压模具进行了生产现场试验,结果表明3Cr2W8V钢经共渗后可有效地提高其耐磨性、耐热疲劳等性能,使模具的使用寿命提高2倍左右,强化效果十分明显。
By various examinations investigated structure and properities of sulfonitrocarburized 3Cr2W8V teel layer obtained by powder impregnation. Result shows that the process can improve properities of wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of the steel. In a factory one hot extrusion tower-like die made by the steel and treated by the process has been tried in production and the outcome displied that service life of the die is three-fold as much as original.
