摘要
介绍了一种实用的机电参数分析测试方法。该方法采用复序列的快速富里叶变换(FFT)原理和实时微机数据处理,计算各次谐波的电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率和功率因数,并根据测得的交流电动机的转速,求得电动机的负载率、效率和输出功率。文中(?)要地介绍了该方法的硬件和软件设计原理。实际应用表明,这种测试分析方法具有较好的性能和推广使用的前景。
This paper presents a practical method of mechanical electronical parameters analysis and measurement. This method can be used to calculate the voltage, current, active and reactive power, and the power factor of each harmonic by means of complex sequence FFT. The loading coefficient, efficiency and output power of a motor can be worked out according to the speed rate of the motor. The design principles of hardware and software of this method have been briefly introduced in this paper. The practical use shows that the method of analysis and measurement has satisfactory performances.
