生命科学与生物技术直接关系到社会发展、国民经济增长、食物安全,城乡人民健康水平和生活环境质量的改善。本文从国家战略需求和科学发展态势的分析入手,阐述了我院生命科学与生物技术的竞争地位和发展动态,从学科部署、研究平台建设和队伍建设等方面提出了跨越发展的战略举措。
Focused on National strategic demands and situation of science progressing, the paper analyzed competition status and developing trends on life sciences and biotechnology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, then put forward strategic measurement for great progress on scientific research and knowledge innovation from subjects arrangement, technic platform setting and team organization.
