摘要
研究了pH=9.68的硼砂—NaOH缓冲底液中5′-磷酸尿苷酸(5′-UMP)在悬汞电极上的阴极溶出伏安行为,讨论了富集电势、富集时间对伏安曲线的影响及最佳测定条件,方法的检测下限为5×10^(-10)mol/L.
The cathodic stripping voltammetric behaviour of uracil 5'-monophosphate(5'-UMP)at a hanging mercury drop electrode has been investigated in Na_2B_4O_7-NaOH buffer.Theinfluences of the pre-concentration potential and pre-coneentration time on the peak currentand peak potential,as well as the optimum experimental conditions are discussed.The linearrelationship between the peak current and the concentration of 5'-UMP at different pre-concentration potentials are tested.The detection limit of 5'-UMP is 5×10^(-10)mol/L.Therelative standard deviation of the method is 7.2% for 1×10^(-7)mol/L 5'-UMP.
