摘要
利用脉动法测试检测房屋整体质量,并结合现场微破损检测技术进行验证,可分析得到的建筑结构刚度矩阵和质量矩阵,能全面反映结构的整体质量,为全面客观科学的评价房屋整体质量提供了依据。
In the paper, the technology of testing the building whole quality by vibration is presented. The technology is proved credible through the validation of micro-dilapidation testing technology on site, and the stiffness matrix and mass matrix of the architecture structure can reflect entirely the whole quality of the structure. It supplies a reliable method under with valuing the building whole quality.
