摘要
介绍了使用单片机改造直流电机调速器中的模拟控制电路 .由单片机系统完成对三相电压的同步 ,输出电源电压的采样 ,输出直流电压 PI调节和三相全控桥式整流电路中可控硅的移相触发 .相对模拟控制电路 ,它减少了三相同步信号的滞后时间 ,提高了三相可控硅触发的对称性和可靠性 ,并通过软件实现多种控制方式的复合控制 。
This paper introduces how to replace the analog control circuit of DC electromotor with microcontroller system. The microcontroller system samples the three phases power signal and the actual value of output voltage. The output volts DC is used to drive the armature of DC electromotor, consequently, which control its rotational speed. The way to control the rotational speed is based on the PI adjustment control arithmetic.
