摘要
素质教育已经成为高等院校人才培养的一项紧迫任务。本文从素质教育的内涵、特征、目标三个方面论述了高校图书馆是大学生素质教育的重要环节、重要场所、重要保障。必须重视图书馆在大学生素质教育中的作用。
Quality-oriented education has already become a pressing assignment in ability cultivation upon students in universities and colleges.University libraries are important links,sites and ensurance for quality-oriented education from three aspects--the connotation,the characteristic and the target of quality-oriented education.It is important for us to attach importance to the libraries.
