摘要
本文建立了半峰宽规律与EMG参数的线性规律之间的相互关系。实验表明,根据这一关系,由半峰宽规律计算EMG线性规律的常数,用于色谱峰拟合可取得良好的结果。
The relationship among the linear rules between retention time and parameters of chromatographic peak was established. The experimental results show that the parameters of EMG model estimated simply from the 'half-width rule' of a chromatographic column system according to the relationship can be used to fit the whole peak profile satisfactorily.
