摘要 2.手性流动相法 手性流动相法亦称乒性添加剂法。优点是拆分化合物不需以手性试剂衍生,也不需要价格昂贵的CSP,而是将手性试剂加到流动相中,使用常规的正相或反相柱分离,由于方法简便,引起广泛的注意。作用原理有两种可能:(1)溶质在流动相中与手性试剂形成非对映络合物。
