摘要
本文对尿样中的心得安、心得平、心得舒的母体药物及其代谢产物的检测进行了分析研究,建立了快速检出β-阻断剂及其代谢产物的分析方法。实际工作证明,本法是完全可靠的。
A rapid procedure for the detection of positive urine of beta-blockers has been established by GC/NPD and GC/MSD. The parent drugs and their metabolites of propranolol. oxprenolol and alprenolol have been studied. The method may be used to screen and confirm these drugs, and it has been applied to test samples of International Olympic Committee.
