环糊精由六、七或八个吡喃葡萄糖单元组成的环状寡糖化合物,分别为α-环糊精(α-CD),β-环糊精(β-CD)和γ-环糊精(γ-CD)。
Cyclodextrins (CDs) are cyclic oligosaccharides with D ( + )-glucopyrariose units interconnected by-(1, 4) bonds. These compounds exhibited a special property of forming inclusion complexes, which are very useful for chromatographic separation of many kinds of isomers. In this paper a brief review is given for the separation of geometric and chiral isomers using CDs or CD derivatives as stationary phases on packed or capillary columns. The results obtained by several investigators showed that CD derivatives, for example perpentyl CD. are excellent phases for the separation of a wide variety of chiral isomers.
