摘要
摩擦条件是轧制问题有限元分析中最重要的边界条件之一。本文在分析现有摩擦模型的基础上,通过对实验摩擦力分布曲线进行分析,提出了适用于轧制问题的指数摩擦模型,并用修正刚塑性有限元法对平辊轧制进行了模拟计算,结果令人满意。
This paper analyzes distribution curve of experimental friction forceon the existing friction model,puts forward exponential friction model suitable torolling problem,and carries out analog computation fōr rolling by using rigid-plus-tic finite element method,with satisfactory result.
